Talking Cards (the "App") is built for children and their parents. We take the privacy of our users seriously.

1. Data collection

The App does not collect, transmit, or store personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or trackers.

2. Local storage

The App stores the following on your device only:

• Sound settings (on/off)
• Card progress
• Streak (daily activity series)
• Subscription status
• Notification preferences

This data stays on your device and is never shared with third parties.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their own privacy policies. We do not have access to payment information.

4. Notifications

The App can send local reminders if you enable them. Notifications are generated locally on the device.

5. Children

The App is designed for children used under parental supervision. We do not collect any data from children. Access to settings is gated by a parental check (a simple arithmetic puzzle).

6. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL.
