By using the Talking Cards app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description

The App is an educational tool for children containing cards with sounds, images, and text to support speech development.

2. Subscription

• The App offers free preview access to a limited number of cards in each pack.
• Full access to all cards and packs is available via subscription.
• Payment is processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings.

3. Free trial

The App may offer a free trial. After it ends, the paid subscription starts automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the App (images, sounds, text, design) is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright.

5. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". The developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages related to use of the App.

6. Age

The App is intended for children from 0 to 5 years old, used under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

7. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.
